"After being open for so long I was disappointed Trio closed earlier this month (August 8, 2026). I enjoyed the times I visited and hope the front and back of house staff find good places to land. Someone posted a review of the restaurant a few hours before I wrote this, which may have been for a visit before they closed, but don't be fooled into thinking it's still open."

"We had a lovely dinner thanks to the atmosphere; the food was delicious, and Dominic, the waiter who served us, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We definitely recommend it! 🥰"

"We had another excellent meal at Trio. My husband and I ate here in 2019 and remembered how good the food was, so it was on our list of places to eat when we came back. And it lived up to our memories. The Braised Short Rib was melt in your mouth good. The half chicken was delicious as well with a crispy skin and orange jus. Our server, Dominic P., was on top of everything. He noticed my MIL wasn't e joking her drink and fixed it without us having to ask. He might be the best server we've ever had in any restaurant and my husband and I met working in a restaurant in NYC. I can't say enough good things about Trio. If I lived here I'd call this place "the kitchen" because I ate there so often. Don't skip this place if you are in Palm Springs."

"Antoinette did an excellent job serving us here at the Palm Springs airport on our way up to Phoenix. Thank you, Antoinette for your great service. Steve and Rebecca Tellez leaving to Phoenix today, then headed to Oklahoma tonight. Again, Antoinnette, thank you!"

"Amazing. Delicious. Memorable. Dominick took great care of us. He knows how to provide superior service. Ordered: Smashburger and specially made onion rings (the best I have EVER had). I enjoyed the Paloma (signature cocktail). Dominick brought different sauces for us to try. He was accommodating to modify the menu."
