"🖤✨ Okayyy… Eight4Nine is giving Palm Springs glamour with just a hint of gothic temptation. 🥀🖤 The crisp, dreamy white interior, dramatic lighting, and gorgeous little details make the whole place feel like a chic haunted mansion decided to move to the desert - and honestly, I’m here for it. The atmosphere is everything: sophisticated, playful, slightly mysterious, and very much “dress up and let’s make questionable decisions over cocktails.” 🍸🖤 The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was just as fabulous. It’s one of those places where dinner feels less like just dinner and more like a whole little experience. Would absolutely come back to sip something wicked, eat something fabulous, and pretend I’m the glamorous villain in a Palm Springs gothic fairytale. 🥀✨ 10/10 for the vibes, the food, and the ✨darkly glamorous✨ energy."

"I always love coming here, friendly staff, consistent quality food, today I asked where the avocado toast went? They actually took it off the menu, but Tom the manager said no problem and had the kitchen prepare it for me, and it was delicious and exactly what I asked for. This kind of personal service and food is hard to find, but they always nail it! Thank you"

"I don’t normally leave reviews but felt it very necessary to show some love. I’ve been to 849 in the past and have had amazing experiences. This past week I went for a friends BDay and the staff went out of their way to accommodate and make the day so special! I’ve never been into one of the function rooms and it was an amazing space to celebrate!! The food was outstanding as always but for a party of 10 the service was quick but still made us feel special! Can’t wait to plan my next event at 849."

"My wife had numerous gluten-free options to choose from and settled on a Nicoise salad which she enjoyed very much. I had bucatini with a delicious meat sauce. Service was excellent across the board. We look forward to returning."
