"Copley’s is an award-winning restaurant serving upscale American cuisine, set inside a beautiful historic guesthouse from the former Cary Grant estate. The setting alone makes this place worth a visit. The atmosphere is absolutely elegant, charming, and perfect for a special night out. And food was awesome! I had the prime New York steak, which was incredibly juicy, tender, and flavorful. I also tried the salmon carpaccio with raw and smoked salmon, and loved the combination of textures and flavors. The cocktails were delicious as well and paired perfectly with dinner. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience at Copley’s. Great food, great vibes. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Palm Springs!"

"Wow. Delicious! Sorry for leaving my dish unfinished. But you just keep enjoying it. The lobster-stuffed mashed potatoes were a delightful surprise, the portions were very generous, and the service was excellent. 1000% recommended. We happened to be on the patio in 44-degree heat, but it didn't bother us at all."

"I live in Los Angeles now, but grew up in San Diego and during that time we had a house out in Indian Wells so I used to visit the desert often. One of our favorite dinner options was Copley‘s back then and it still is today. It was great to see that the quality is still great along with the service. I would classify it as more of a date or romantic spot than anything else and they have indoor and outdoor seating options. Outdoor is in a really pretty courtyard, which is really great during the cooler months. There is a small free parking lot attached in front. Otherwise free street parking is also easy to find. Our server was extremely polite and very attentive with the drink refills. The menu is also pretty large and one thing I love about it is that it always has seasonal options. For this visit, I started off with the Chilled Lobster and Shrimp Ceviche which was a wonderful start to the meal and a real great choice for such a hot evening. For dinner I chose the Chicken Schnitzel and really enjoyed it. The goat cheese mashed potatoes were very unique and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place for a great date option and plan to be back again many times in the future."

"Had a lovely dinner here for my friends birthday! The service was very friendly and accommodating, the patio is beautiful, especially if you go at sunset, and the food was really good! I had the Miso Roasted Duck, it was delicious and very flavorful!"
