Parties

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Stack Host LLC (“Stack Host,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of LinkToReview (the “Service”). Subscription charges on your billing statement appear under Stack Host LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkToReview, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

LinkToReview provides business review pages, claim and verification workflows, review and feedback routing, analytics, notifications, AI-assisted content tools, and subscription features.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account and login security.
• You must provide accurate information for ownership and claim workflows.
• We may suspend or restrict access for security concerns, fraud risk, policy violations, or abuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent claims, fake reviews, spam, or abusive content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping abuse, or denial-of-service activity.
• Use automated tools to bypass limits or exploit API endpoints.
• Violate applicable laws, rights of others, or third-party terms.

5. User Content and Moderation

You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service. We may review, hide, or remove content that violates policy or creates legal/security risk.

6. Billing, Trials, and Promotions

• Paid plans and add-ons are billed through Stripe.
• Trial periods, coupons, and promotions may be offered and changed at our discretion.
• You are responsible for payment method accuracy and applicable charges.
• Failed or past-due payments may limit access to paid features until resolved.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain features depend on third-party services (including Google, Twilio, Resend, Stripe, and Anthropic). Availability and behavior of those services may affect platform functionality.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LinkToReview is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific rankings, or specific review outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkToReview and Stack Host LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
