"It's a table-service restaurant, and it's "obligation to allow access to customers who are consuming on the premises." Medical Emergency (AB 1632) Mandatory: Requires allowing the use of the restroom (even for employees) to people with documented medical conditions. Yesterday, we asked them to allow someone who medically needed to use the restroom, and the person's response was very discourteous and rude. That has been a favorite place to eat delicious French toast, because it really is good. But I'll think twice before going back so I don't have to experience that kind of service."
