"This place is so bomb, the fries, some of the bets shakes I've ever had. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich and it was so extremely hot that I had to return it, so they gave me the regular one and let me give it to my friend. Amazing customer service."

"EDIT: UE refunded the first order. Took a bit of effort, but that is not Monty's fault. Monty's has reached out to correct the problem, and we GREATLY appreciate them for that! How we respond says more about us than any mistake made. Hi Monty’s, We do love you, but we’ve again received the incorrect order from you. Tonight we got Corey C’s order (which we sent with the driver) when we were supposed to get Laura D. This is the second time this has happened. We ordered from UberEats, and we use UberOne. We’ve tried to call, and it just goes to a VM. That’s why I’m leaving this review. I would really like to delete it. UberEats isn’t being very helpful, and we’ve now placed a second order that cost us another $145.62. So, almost $300 between the 2 orders, unless UE actually refunds our first order. Please connect with us. Help us resolve this. We can’t continue to spend that kind of money with you. It’s become too high risk."
