"It was an exceptional opportunity. I don’t not live here permanently. My air conditioner went out and I had no idea where to go where I felt like I would not be taken advantage of me. Roger was amazing. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable. He provided a ride back to my condo and returned my car to me condo upon completion. I highly recommend Kauffman Garage. I will be returning for all my services."

"My experience with Kaufmanns was excellent. The owner and staff are all very courteous and friendly. I made an appt to have an engine diagnostic and the service was immediate and excellent. Details of my diagnostic was explained to me thoroughly and the steps and costs to make any repairs. I was very impressed with how clean and organized the shop is and the detail in which the mechanics and staff take to ensure a great experience. THANK YOU!!!"

"They do amazing every single time. Honest pricing and they go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is taken care of correctly. I drive out of my way just to come here; that’s how good they are. Highly recommend!"

"I was a Factory trained mechanic in a Ford Dealership for years. I worked on everything, I mean everything, except hybrids. I've been on the inside of the business and I had to leave because being an honest person and lying to customers for a living was not for me. I can tell you if a shop is good by going there once. I have been in this area since 2020, and looking for an honest shop in Manatee County. The worst I've encountered was Christian Brothers off 64. The best was Lex's off HWY 301 in Palmetto, but they are way too expensive. Now I tried Kaufman's. I saw their ad on Facebook and their reviews looked great so I decided to try them. What an absolute pleasure. Finally! This is my shop. They worked with me finding me a part that I could actually afford for my AC repair and when I accepted the estimate, and all was completed, I came in and found out that the part they ordered was incorrect for my vehicle and they were able to find another brand new part even cheaper, so they passed the savings on to me. Listen... FEW are the shops that would pass the savings on to you, trust me on that. They fixed my vehicle and didn't recommend a single thing besides this repair because that's what I wanted. Just fix it and don't try to upsell me $9,000 worth of work, just let me go down the road and I'll see you next time I have a need. These guys are at the top of my list of recommendations in Manatee County. They were alslo able to get me in the same day I called. Some shops have scheduled me out 2 weeks for a repair. This was my experience. It was 10/10 I could say much more from the brief first interaction, but I highly recommend them, enough said."
