"9/18/26- The manager reached out and handled this situation very professionally. She offered for us to come back and said she did not stand by the experience we had and would correct the team. I frequent this place with my boys and we will be back because of her. 9/17/26- am literally sitting in the restaurant right now and I just had the worst experience. Our waiter ignored us the entire time because he was trying to close the restaurant. I am here it is 8:40 and the internet says it closes at 9. I told him when we sat down around 8 that I needed to place an order to go for my other children at home. My son and I sat there with empty drinks and empty plates and were ignored while he took trash bags past us. When I was finally able to flag him down he reluctantly came over and told us the kitchen closed at 8:30. This was a horrible experience and now I’m going home to my other kids with no food and I sat here twiddling my thumbs for atleast 30 minutes. He did not attempt to make anything right and he did not attempt to get me the food or even ask the kitchen if they could prepare it for me I am watching food walk past me right now being delivered to tables and he did not even consider fixing this situation. I will 100% be reaching out to the corporate office."

"Thank’s to Makenna, and her staff. Great Oktoberfest beer, tasty and savory, juts as the salmon with the tasty sauce and Brussels sprouts. Absolutely delicious. Good ambiance, good music, good place to stop in Los Angeles."
