"First off, this is NOT Denny’s, IHOP, Apple Bees etc. so don’t expect anything like that when you come here. The wait can be long for both seating and the food and that’s because their food and service here is excellent! I had the Crabacado Omelet that had real dungeness crab. It was delicious with generous portions. My wife had the crepes which she could not finish (way too much to eat). Yes, we had to wait a bit for the food but it was well worth it. Good food is not fast food! Will definitely come here again!!"

"Elmer’s was such a sweet and decadent breakfast experience. I had the biscuits and gravy omelet with coffee. The omelet was wonderfully rich, and the biscuits and gravy immediately reminded me of Texas. We also ordered a German pancake to split. I didn’t quite know what to expect, but it turned out to be the highlight of breakfast. Savory and sweet, with confectioners’ sugar, fresh lemon, and butter, it was soft, warm, and absolutely delicious. It definitely stole the show for me. I ended up boxing the rest of my brekkie to go in favor of finishing this lovely treat. The service was incredibly attentive throughout, and the coffee was always hot with a full mug, exactly how breakfast coffee should be. Looking forward to coming back for more!"

"The food at Elmer’s was delicious and definitely the highlight of our visit. Everything we ordered was tasty, and the portions were good. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the service. We were seated outside, and it honestly felt like we were forgotten about for a while. It took about 15 minutes before someone came over to ask what we wanted to drink, and then another 10 minutes before they finally took our food order. Once our order was taken, things went much smoother and the food came out tasting great. The staff were friendly, but the wait at the beginning could definitely be improved. Overall, I enjoyed the food and would come back. Hopefully next time the service is a little quicker, especially when sitting outside."
