"Very nice place to enjoy an early evening with others. The food was great and the portions were very generous. Cocktails are prepared by a knowledgeable bartender who made my drink perfectly as I like it. Atmosphere was festive yet quiet enough to have a conversation with a friend. "We sat out on the terrace at this fun gay bar for cocktails and food . The service is wonderful with Daniel and Natalie both welcoming and efficient . The chicken tenders are moist and delicious but crumbed heavily and quite salty. They gifted us beef tips as they were going begging and they were nice but a little spicy for me ( but nice to try for free!) Excellent margaritas , would go back ."

"Absolutely love Blackbook. They have, hands down, the best Hot Nashville chicken sandwich I ever had...anywhere. It is fried to perfection with the perfect crunch and the "Holy Shit" sauce completely elevates this sandwich. The heat is not overly spicy, but it does linger. It is a must try. For those that can't handle the heat, their Birdie Fingers plate is just as delicious, again with the perfect crunch. The garlic fries are a great side for either of these two plates. The ranch dressing here is also the best ranch I've ever had. I want the recipe, lol. Excellent service , great atmosphere, and food that does not disappoint. A definite keeper!"

"Pre-pandemic, this was our go-to spot for great food and stellar service. While they went through a rough patch with service and menu changes right after reopening, I am thrilled to report that they are fully back to form! The food quality and service are once again top-tier. Their fried chicken sandwich remains the absolute best in the valley—if not the entire country. The menu and atmosphere are firing on all cylinders, and the current staff is fantastic, attentive, and welcoming. It is wonderful to see a local favorite make such an incredible comeback. We are so glad to have this spot back in our regular rotation!"
