"This was an incredible experience! Such a cool place. We were sat and given our food in less than 10 minutes!! The food was so delicious. Chicken and waffles were great and the bacon & cheddar croissant was HUGE! 10/10 recommend and our server Jessy was so kind and helpful!"

"I absolutely loved my experience at Bistrology Breakfast & Brunch! The decorations inside were so beautiful, and the atmosphere was one of my favorite parts of the visit. The space felt elegant, peaceful, and inviting. It honestly felt like stepping into a spa! There was such a relaxing feeling that made me want to slow down, enjoy my meal, and take in the beautiful surroundings. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A beautiful restaurant is wonderful, but being treated with kindness makes a visit feel extra special, and I really appreciated that. The food was extremely delicious! It was the kind of meal that makes you excited to come back again. I loved that the food was just as memorable as the atmosphere. Sometimes a restaurant catches your attention with its décor, but Bistrology gave me so much to enjoy beyond how beautiful it looked. Between the gorgeous interior, the friendly staff, and the delicious food, this was such a wonderful experience. If you enjoy breakfast or brunch in a beautiful, relaxing setting, I highly recommend visiting. I would definitely return! Five stars!"

"Fantastic breakfast with really beautiful food presentations and atmosphere! I had the Benedict trio and loved them all! The fresh squeezed juice was sweet and delicious. The entire experience was very memorable!"

"One of my new favorite places in Pensacola! The atmosphere is fresh, the food is delicious, and the service is top notch (thank you for the amazing service, Holly!)! Also- the portions are HUGE!! It is definitely worth the visit if you want something unique, exciting, and fun that is not typical Pensacola. It also has some regular breakfast staples, so there is something for everyone. Will definitely be back!"
