"After being ghosted from a plumbing company that we’ve used for the past 25 years, Chicago plumbing came out and actually found the root of the problem, we didn’t need to have the extensive work that our previous plumber had suggested, and once Will diagnosed the problem he was back the next day and did the job. Could not have been happier with him and the work and the way he explained everything. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Top Notch!"

"On site, Matt was very helpful and efficient. His explanations, care and attention to all the details of the problem were spot on. He was well-versed in the best way to correct the problems and did an incredible job, reconfiguring piping and removing and installing a new hot water heater. All in one afternoon! In the office, Pat was compassionate and helpful. On site, Bob was great about ensuring our safety as the gas line was involved."

"I am so grateful to these guys at this company. They were so helpful and nice and down to earth. (Also from what it looks like they came all the way from Brookfield, IL, and I live in Rogers Park, to help me.) I needed help with my clogged bathtub because it's been clogged for like two weeks now and I was tired of carrying 25 buckets a day at least of water to the toilet to get the water out. Matt and Tim were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. They also were understanding and helpful and are allowing me to pay them the last half I owe them when I get paid again two weeks from now. I'm very grateful and appreciative of them for their understanding and patience and great service. Thank you again Mike, Matt, and Tim! Have a great 2026-2027. Good night. :) ✨️🌙🌞👋✨️"
