"Dr. Paull, Melody and Jade were absolutely phenomenal. They helped Sergeant feel comfortable even though he was being put through uncomfortable procedures. They answered every single question I had and helped me understand exactly what to look for in case something got worse. I probably asked a hundred questions , and at no point , were they ever anything other than gracious, kind and understanding. (This has not always been the case at other vets). It is so clear they truly care about the animals i could not he more grateful. Jade, Melody and Dr. Paull truly deserve to be complimented. I hope they can read all of the survey results but overall from the time I called to having to come back and several questions in between they did EVERYTHING to make sure Sergeant was taken care of and as comfortable as possible. They were kind to me and answered every question I had with care and respect. I cannot thank them enough. When I left without answers , Dr. Paull went above and beyond searching for additional answers and medications to help Sergeant. We are still waiting for some results but they have kept me informed at every step as things come in. I made the right choice taking him to this location. It is abundantly clear the staff are true animal lovers and in a place they belong. Because of these staff members I will always use this urgent care from now on despite it being a further distance than other options for me. From intake to discharge the vet and techs were amazing."

"Dr. Paul and Melody were absolutely amazing! I came in as a very anxious cat mom with a million questions, and they were so patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. Dr. Paul was so thorough in her evaluation and the way she explained everything, and Melody answered every question I threw at her without ever making me feel like I was being annoying. They were also dealing with emergencies while I was there yet still treated me with grace and compassion despite my circumstance not being nearly as important. Thank you both for taking such good care of my girl and her slightly neurotic mom! ❤️"

"My wife and I came in with our old Terrier mix, who had a tumor in her head and had taken a turn for the worse. She was suffering and it was time to say goodbye. It was a very emotional time and everyone was very professional and compassionate. Melody handled the intake and explained everything thoroughly. She answered our questions and made everything, including the cremation aspect, very clear. The vet tech and Dr. Paull explained the euthanasia procedure clearly and put us at ease with what would happen. They gave us time to deal with what was happening every step of the way. Just before the last step, they gave us some time to tell our dog goodbye. When it was over, they gave us time to be with our dog and see her one last time before we left. My wife and I just wanted to comment on everyone’s patience, kindness and empathy during a very difficult time. The staff knows their stuff and cares about what they do and we are very grateful for our experience which happened on such short notice."

"I took my cat here the other evening and had never been here before, but the front desk staff/tech put me at ease immediately with her friendly demeanor. The vet was very thorough in her explanation and I greatly appreciated the estimated cost breakdown so I could weigh my options. I would come here again and would recommend. I also appreciated the follow up the next day."
