"The best Steakhouse in Vegas. Felt like we were stars. Kwame, Thank You for making Nandis night that she won't soon forget. Thank you for providing a personal tour for her in the kitchen. She can't stop talking about you Mac Pie. My bedridden Mom enjoyed the bread, the Beans and peas. The entire group appreciated your personal touch and God Gifted talent. Highly recommended and I will be back for some more of everything including your delish desserts. Maroon is the place to go and get a great meal with a wonderful, clean, comfortable atmosphere with great music and a eye view of how they function like a fine tuned machine."

"Stayed 9/6 thru 9/10. Front desk: Very pleasant and the check in process was easy and simple. Bellhops/Porters: Held our luggage prior to check in time and provided directions to the assortment of places within the casino Room: Very clean and orderly, provided extra towels and rags. Casino: Loved the fact that this place was not packed with hords of people. Plenty of slots and tables with helpful/friendly dealers. There were plenty of patrons in the casino but loved the fact you can move around w.o feeling like you're in a stampede of people. Pool: Amazing & great drinks!! Restaurants: Food was piping hot, delicious and seasoned. Wait time was minimal and pricing was not too expensive. Location to mass transit: Monorail is hooked to the hotel and the Deuce Bus stop is right in front. This was very convenient because it allowed us to visit all of Vegas without worrying about the logistics of everything.**this is a major plus. Overall: We liked the ability to go to uptown and downtown with the freedom to comeback and get dropped off right at the doorstep of the hotel. The casino staff was very friendly and added fun/excitement at the tables. Crap minimums were 10/15 dollars depending on the time of day. This was the perfect location for us and made everything a lot easier in terms of traveling around Vegas. Very clean and decently priced. Can't wait to visit again. -To the Staff at Sahara, Thank you very much for a pleasant stay."
