"So the hotel is great! But my cousins credit card was used by someone in the hotel and the front desk is the only people who had it 🤔🤔🤔. Of course no one knows anything and the security here is awful 😒. Don't know which way is up. Management doesn't have a clue about anything. We may need to find a different hotel next year!"

"I didn't stay in any of the rooms so I can't rate them yet. I do know that it is a long and seemingly dangerous trek from self parking to the casino at Planet Hollywood. Lots of driveways to cross over. With fast moving traffic full of drunk tourists and psycho taxi drivers. Many of the sidewalks (if u can call them that) are very narrow and it made me feel like I was going to be side swiped by the a car moving at twice the speed limit. If u are still alive by the time u get to the casino,u will greeted by a beautiful cosmopolitan gaming floor. More later"

"I stayed at this hotel for a few days.. The room was a little dirty and had an unpleasant smell. However, the location was very strategic, and I enjoyed spending time at the casino"

"The valet parking was being reserved for high tier cesars members so we got sent to self park. There is no signage for the lobby so we had to cross all the way through the mall area and ask directions twice to find the lobby. Btw, the lobby was just inside the valet area that we were not allowed to enter as a Cesars gold member. The room is nice but the frustration getting here and displayed incompetence from the staff soiled our stay."
