"Dr. B and the entire team at Pet Care Henderson cared for our beloved Sammie, who succumbed to kidney disease at 15 years old. We’ve had dogs over the past 30 years and in three different states, and I can honestly say this is the best veterinary team we have ever experienced. What sets them apart is not only their knowledge and professionalism, but that they genuinely care about their patients. I completely trust Dr. B’s medical judgment. He makes himself available, communicates extremely well, and provides logical, thoughtful guidance. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in a way that gives you confidence in his recommendations. The entire team is compassionate, professional, and caring. I mostly interacted with Claire, Jalen, and Stephanie, and each of them was great. They were always professional, responsive, and genuinely concerned about Sammie. Losing Sammie was beyond heartbreaking, but we are incredibly grateful that she was cared for by people who treated her with compassion, dignity, and genuine concern. During an extremely difficult time, Dr. B and his team were there for us. After 30 years and three states of veterinary experiences, I can say without hesitation that Pet Care Henderson is by far the best. They have earned our complete trust and gratitude, and I would recommend Dr. B and this team without hesitation."

"We've used this vet for our former senior dog and now puppy who was neutered today. Communication on what was to happen before and after was thorough. Everyone is friendly and professional. The neuter process and recovery was pretty quick and our boy was back home by early afternoon. Price was reasonable, especially for the level of attention and care we received. I continue to recommend and trust this vet."

"We have been taking our pets Monster, Kylo, Yuqi and Anbu for 6 years starting at their original Southwest location. We are so happy they opened a location here in Henderson! The team and Dr Lewis especially has always taken wonderful care of our pets and has helped keep them happy and healthy throughout the years. We truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism and excellent care. We highly recommend this place."

"I am incredibly grateful that we found Dr. B and his wonderful staff. We have been with Dr. B since we moved to Las Vegas three years ago, from caring for our beloved Waylon to now caring for our girls, Ruby and Vivi. What makes Dr. B so special is that he truly values the relationship. His care has never felt transactional. He takes the time to listen, explain, and understand not only what is best for your fur babies, but how deeply they are loved by their family. There is a genuine kindness and compassion in the way he practices veterinary medicine that means so much to us. Dr. B is transparent and honest, but always thoughtful and empathetic. Most importantly, I trust that every recommendation he makes comes from a place of genuinely wanting what is best for our girls. We now live one hour outside of Las Vegas and I will gladly make the hour-plus drive through Las Vegas traffic to continue bringing Ruby and Vivi to Dr. B. That should tell you just how much we trust him. There may be veterinarians much closer to home, but when you have found someone you believe is truly the best—and who genuinely cares about your babies—the drive simply doesn't matter. His staff reflects that same kindness and compassion. You feel that genuine care from the moment you walk through the door. Dr. B is, without question, the best veterinarian we have ever known. Finding someone you can completely trust with the little lives that mean so much to you is truly a gift. We are beyond grateful for Dr. B and his entire team."
