"I’ve been to several dental offices over the years and have had some great hygienists, but I recently became a patient at Dr. Laga’s office, and I have to say their customer service is truly top-notch! Yesterday was my first time meeting Erica, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, and she was absolutely amazing. I went in thinking it would just be another routine cleaning, but I was genuinely impressed by how efficient, thorough, and gentle she was. She worked quickly without ever making the appointment feel rushed, and her touch was incredibly light. I honestly never thought I would be this impressed by a dental cleaning! Erica was also very kind, professional, and clean with everything she did. The entire experience was comfortable from beginning to end, and you can tell she is very good at what she does. Dr. Laga is wonderful as well very informative, patient, and professional. I’ve never been someone who enjoys going to the dentist, but this office has a way of making you feel comfortable, respected, and valued as a patient. If you’re looking for a great dentist and dental team in Lakeland, I highly recommend Dr. Laga’s office. And if you get Erica as your hygienist, you’re in great hands!"

"I truly can’t say enough amazing things about this office. I came to them after another dentist had made a mess of things, and without hesitation, he took me on as a patient and got everything fixed. What I appreciate most is his honesty and integrity. There’s no unnecessary work, no pressure, and no trying to take your money. He genuinely cares about doing what’s best for his patients, and you can trust him to do exactly what he says he’s going to do. After multiple procedures and regular cleanings, I can honestly say I will never go to another dentist. He and his staff are always welcoming, kind, and incredibly accommodating. I’m so grateful I found this office and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist they can truly trust!"
