"Loved this hotel and the amenities. It's basically a city indoors. The walks are far but the signage is great. The pool was fun but it's a shame that you have to buy or bring $30+ floats for the lazy river and buy a chair at the adult pool to even sit. I also had such a great week, but unfortunately ended on a bad note with a gentleman at the Front Desk. I think his name was Michael with somewhat spikey blonde hair and I'm still steaming from his attitude while checking out. He was unbelievably rude in every sentence spoken."
