G"I had a great experience with Flanagan’s heating and Air, Thomas is very honest which hard to come by, especially if you are a woman who everyone thinks doesn’t know anything when it comes to car, ac, and plumbing…they take advantage… sad but true. I did not feel that with Thomas. He’s very professional and honest. He fixed my ac right away even if it’s Saturday, he came, and in just a couple of hours my ac is up and running again. He diagnose what’s wrong right away, meaning he knows what he’s doing. I try to get away with big ac companies coz in my experience they send you a rookie who either doesn’t know what he’s doing or doesn’t care about his job. Which is a totally opposite on what you are going to get with Flanagan’s heating and air because it’s family and locally own, they care , they want to do a good job all the time."

After 2 previous companies tried to talk us into new units or thousands of dollars in parts, Thomas was able to get my AC working in less than an hour. He was fast, professional and priced very fair. "I don't write reviews very often, but Thomas and his team at Flanagan's Heating & Air absolutely deserve one. Over the past year, Thomas has installed a mini-split system in our garage and kitchen, and most recently he installed a brand-new central air conditioning system in our home. Every experience has been exceptional. I consider Thomas a friend today, but that friendship grew because of the kind of person he is. From the very beginning, he earned our trust through his honesty, integrity, hard work, and commitment to doing the job right. He is punctual, dependable, incredibly knowledgeable, and takes genuine pride in his work. One of the things I appreciate most is that Thomas doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. He takes the time to evaluate your home, listens to your concerns, and recommends the system that's truly best for your situation—not the one that costs the most.
