"We had an absolutely amazing experience at Caesars Palace, and a huge part of that was thanks to our Luxury Consultant, William Cross! From the moment we booked, William went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made us feel truly valued as guests. He helped get us a table at Caspian’s, which was one of the highlights of our trip. If you haven’t been to Caspian’s yet, we recommend it! This trip was especially meaningful to us, and William helped make it even more memorable. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to keep coming back to Caesars. The room was clean with a fantastic view of the fountains, the pool was amazing & relaxing, the location on the strip is perfect- all in all, we just love Caesars!"
