"I had to make the decision that I did not want to make for my fur baby. He was so ill and I knew he was not going to make it through the weekend. Not only did the Animal Hospital let me make an appointment the same day I called, they were so sweet and kind and really showed empathy for my situation. It hurt so much to say goodbye and they let me take my time and even comforted me afterwards. I especially appreciated the fact that they had weekend hours, because I was able to get the attention my fur baby needed and they took care to make sure his transition was a peaceful one with the dignity and love he deserved. My fur baby is in no more pain, and the staff at Animal Hospital of Mobile did everything they could to create the environment he needed. Thank you all so much.🤍🕊"

"As you can see- we must protect Marsali’s eyes at all costs, since they make up the majority of her noggin’ 😅 Jokes aside, I wanted to take a minute to thank Animal Hospital of Mobile for seeing Marsali last Friday. We were new clients, on a busy Friday, on top of it being the day before a holiday when all other clinics were closed in observance of the holiday. I am so thankful and appreciative of them! Literally, there are no words to express how thankful I truly am for them and the relief I felt that she was seen. I did not feel rushed in the slightest, and as someone in the vet field I was blown away with Dr. Bosarge. She was actively teaching her assistant (who I can not recommend or trust enough, Tanner), while actively showing and explaining her condition to US as well. Marsali has insurance so we got a referral for Dr. Galle (the ophthalmologist). This was my first time on the client side of things in over 12 years, and I was so nervous about the visit. I felt so comfortable with the staff, especially Megan and Tanner as that is primarily who I dealt with. It was so refreshing to see a busy staff working alongside one another and teaching one another at the same time- we all know how sometimes when it’s busy it’s easier to just get the job done but I did not feel that way here. They were very transparent and up front with charges before performing services which I really appreciate. Marsali immediately made herself at home, but what really sold me is immediately feeling like you can trust the doctors and staff- because that is worth its weight in gold!"
