"Dr. Franklin and everyone on the clinic side, and the retail side, were fantastic! Every single person we came into contact with was very friendly and welcoming, facility was clean and organized. Dr. Franklin is by far the nicest and most patient eye doc I have encountered. Such great chair-side manner, great personality, and so knowledgeable. Big shoutout to Miss Debra on the retail side, too! She is absolutely the most fabulous, patient, and sweetest woman ever, and is literally an expert, as her name tag states! Steve the lab expert was wonderful too, in getting multiple pairs of glasses made for us late in the day. Overall just an incredible experience. Highly, highly recommend EyeMart, Dr. Franklin, and his amazing team!"

"This place was everything we could have hoped for. My son is on the spectrum and has a hard time communicating sometimes, this doctor made him comfortable enough that he had no issue using his words! We were sent over from another office, with no appointment, and yet we were seen within the hour and out! Not only that, but the connecting frames department had his glasses ready to fit his face and walk out the door in less than an hour!! The people there were so nice on both the doctors side and the frames side!! Even the gentleman working in the lab had a very sweet demeanor about him. This is our new home for all of our optometry needs , we will never go anywhere else!!"
