AVOID! Worst customer service. Signed up for a yearly service. The technician came out, checked the furnace, replaced three of the five filters because he did not have enough with him. After over a week, we have not been able to get the technician out, despite numerous efforts to contact him called Customerservice, took forever to get through AI, and after three conversations with various people at Airco to cancel, we were told they would only refund half of our full payment. Very disappointing.
